Unit 408 is an 850 square foot fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath condo. This unit has a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite counter tops and renovated baths also with granite. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The balcony has a view of Boca Ciega Bay and the porch has a view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Love the location - staff always great and fun to talk with. Booked already for 2025 Prefer Gulfgate over larger resorts.

Ideal unit. Right on the beach with great views of the beach, gulf, bay, and South down Gulf Boulevard. Balcony facing Bay and balcony facing the Gulf. Well equipped unit and Gulf Gate is well-staffed with a prime location on the expansive sand beach. Loved every minute we stayed there.
