To reserve a unit we require a deposit of $400.00 at the time the reservation is made.

Any balance due is payable at check-in.

Gulf Gate Resort Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Policy as applies to the $400 Deposit
• Cancellations 30 days or more before arrival 50% of deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival the full amount of deposit is non-refundable.
