To reserve a unit we require a deposit of $400.00 at the time the reservation is made.

Any balance due is payable at check-in.

Gulf Gate Resort Cancellation Policy

If the cancellation is 90 days or more prior to the arrival date guest will receive a full refund.

If the cancellation is less than 90 days but more than 30 days prior to arrival date guest will receive a $100.00 refund.

If the cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival date guest will receive no refund.

Changing room numbers and/or travel dates is considered a cancellation.
