These 850 square foot 1 bedroom units, located on the sides of the building, have private balconies that overlook the Gulf of Mexico with a southern exposure.  These units also have plenty of closet space and 1 & 1/2 baths.  As with all of our units, they have a queen size sofa bed in the living room. These units have a three night minimum stay requirement.
