These 850 square foot 1 bedroom 1 & 1/2 bath units have a private balcony accessible from the living room and receive the morning sun.  Most have a  panoramic view of the Boca Ciega Bay and the beautiful sailboats which frequent the bay.  These are the most economical units in the building and are a favorite of our long time guests.  As with all of our units, they have a queen size sofa bed in the living room.  These units have a three night minimum stay requirement.
